The icansit highchair has been designed by Carla Monchen and is made of beechwood. The chair is available in a neutal, black and white version. The chair embodies simplicity. Contemporary and elegant, the chair fits in almost every interior. The icansit highchair has been awarded Dutch "baby product of the year ".

First you notice the high, rounded backrest. It’s almost as if the backrest has eyes and a smile, and together with the armrest, the chair embraces your child. The height of the backrest absorbs the uncontrolled head movement of small children. The shape is rounded off toward the back to make sure that your child is fully protected from sudden movement.

The armrests protect your child on both sides. You can buy a safety bar or table tray for the front. The safety bar makes the icansit chair easy to use at the dinner table. When that is not convenient , you can use the tabletray. In addition to the armrests, the safety bar and table tray, the icansit highchair always comes with a safety harness.

Depending on your child you can adjust the seat and foot rest. A child expresses how and when it wants to sit. In general you can start to use the icansit highchair when the child can sit unsupported. For ultimate comfort, the child’s feet should always reach the footrest, so that you don’t cut off the circulation to their legs. The icansit highchair has been designed to make sure the seat and footrest can only be attached correctly.

The footrest and armrests also work as supports for older children when they climb in the incansit chair themselves.

The chair´s metal frame legs are a great advantage for adults because you can put your feet between the legs of the chair. In this way, you can stand very close to your child and lift them out of the chair without straining your back. The legs of the chair have knobs to prevent pushing back. You can use the armrests to move the chair and stack them one on top of the other if you have more than one.

The design is transparent and because of this fits in each surrounding and portrays a contemporary view on safety and comfort for the child and adult.
