ALLNATT CENTRES

The Allnatt Centres are on the south coast of England. They offer residential accommodation and facilities for groups of young people on educational courses and holidays. Each centre is close to the beach and shops and can offer a wide range of activities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, play areas etc. At Swanage and Lyme Regis they have qualified instructors for a range of outdoor activities including canoeing, climbing, abseiling, swimming, archery, rifle shooting, The Emerald Maze, The Green Egg Challenge, high and low rope course and lots more!

AVON TYRRELL ACTIVITY AND RESIDENTIAL CENTRE

Avon Tyrrellis a grade one listed country house in the New Forest. The House caters for groups as small as 6 and as large as a 120. The bedrooms range from twins to small dormitories. There is a self-catering caravan and self-catering lodges, some fully adapted for disabled users. The estate has many activities on site, which include, team building, rope courses, archery, fishing, canoeing and swimming. Within a short drive groups can reach beaches, theme parks and seaside towns. A colour brochure and video is available on request.

BADAGUISH OUTDOOR CENTRE

The Badaguish Centre has access to a fully integrated range of community and tourist recreation facilities around Aviemore and the Cairngorms. ‘Respite Care’ activity holidays and courses (24 hr care) for unaccompanied people with learning/multiple or physical disabilities. Also small groups/family holidays of up to 10 people and helpers are available.

BARNABAS TRUST

The Trust runs five holiday centres each in a rural location in Kent, West Sussex, Northamptonshire and the Scottish Borders. The centres offer self-contained accommodation generally with the option of catering or self-catering. Activities on offer include abseiling, canoeing, go-karting and many more. The majority of the centres have plenty of open space. Facilities on offer include indoor-heated swimming pools, games halls, sports fields, and rope courses. The Scottish centre can take groups of 5 people to 200. The Northamptonshire and Kent centres can take groups upwards of 12 people to over 100.

BARNARDO’S

The overall objective of Barrows Green House is to provide a highly stimulating holiday experience for young people between the ages of 8 and 21 years. The centre caters for young people with severe learning disabilities and associated physical and emotional disabilities. The range of activities include canoeing, climbing, caving, pony riding and a host of other exciting opportunities, both on and off the site. Located within the beautiful scenery of South Lakeland, it is within easy access of Lake Windermere and the many attractions of the area. Barrows Green House is a very busy holiday centre so advance bookings are essential, especially for school holiday periods. However, they often have vacancies at other times of the year and can offer places at very short notice. Open all year, except Christmas.
